This means your diploma is “recognised by employers and academic institutions in over 100 countries.” The CTH-UK stamp opens pathways to overseas higher education and international career opportunities
A CTH-UK accredited course meets British professional standards. In practical terms, CTH’s “internationally recognised qualifications” bring “global credibility” and “industry relevance” to EEA’s programs Graduates gain a credential that is well-known by hotels, cruise lines and global hospitality brands. As CTH puts it, this linkage “empowers…colleges to access globally benchmarked qualifications” and “opens seamless pathways to overseas higher education and international career opportunities” In short, CTH-UK approval ensures your diploma is valued worldwide.

Diploma programs typically run one year, while short courses are shorter. At EEA, the Diplomas in Culinary Skills and in Patisserie & Confectionery Skills are each 12 months longThe Diploma in Cruise Hospitality Services is 6 months in duration .The Professional Bartending Skills certification is a short-term course (around 3 months) that includes intensive practical training. All programs combine classroom theory with extensive hands-on practice in kitchens or bars.
The Culinary Arts diploma covers core cooking techniques (knife skills, Indian & global cuisine, menu planning, food safety and hygiene). The Patisserie & Confectionery diploma focuses on baking and dessert skills (bread, cakes, pastries, chocolate work and sweet presentation). In the Cruise Hospitality Services program, students learn customer service, restaurant and housekeeping operations specifically for cruise and superyacht hospitality. The Bartending certification teaches mixology and bar management: it familiarises students with a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, safe bar practices, and customer care. All courses emphasize real-world practice in professional settings.
The Bartending Skills certification (CTH Level 2) equips you with essential mixology abilities for the food & beverage industry. You’ll learn how to prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, practice safe bar set-up and hygiene, and develop strong customer service skills. The program was developed in partnership with top drinks brands, so you gain industry-relevant techniques. Upon completion, you’ll be prepared to work behind the bar in pubs, restaurants, nightclubs or even cruise ships, laying “a firm foundation for a distinguished career in bartending”.
The Cruise Hospitality Services diploma is tailored to the cruise and luxury yacht industry. It teaches both theoretical and practical skills in onboard customer service, food & beverage, and housekeeping.. Students learn how cruise hotels operate – from fine dining service to cabin maintenance. After graduation, you can apply for entry-level hospitality roles on cruise ships or superyachts (e.g. food & beverage attendant, housekeeping staff, or guest services). The qualification also provides a pathway to further hospitality education if you choose to specialize further.
Graduates leave EEA ready to work in the global hospitality sector. Typical career roles include pastry chef, commis chef, sous-chef, restaurant manager, or front-of-house supervisor – in hotels, cruise lines, restaurants and bakeries. Top culinary and hotel management institutes in India report average placement packages of ₹5–12 LPA, with recruiters like Taj Hotels, The Oberoi Group, Hyatt and international cruise companies. Thanks to the CTH-UK certification, EEA students also gain visibility with overseas employers. In short, completion of a CTH-accredited diploma “opens doors to international career opportunities”
Many culinary programs incorporate internships. For example, one leading institute’s culinary diploma includes a 6-month internship in 4-5 star hotels and the CTH Cruise Hospitality Diploma even has an optional internship unit. While EEA’s website highlights hands-on training, you should inquire directly about placement support. In general, CTH-accredited centers often provide industry linkages; for instance, a recent CTH-ICF partnership emphasizes internship and placement opportunities for students.
